ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

NOVEMBER 17, 2006

12:30 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson, Richard

                    Gorden and Mark Mazur.

1.  The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2008 applications for

     classification under M.G.L. Chapter 61A or 61B:

            Massapoag Sportsmen’s Club (61B) granted for two parcels.

            Sharon Fish and Game Club, Inc. (61B) granted for seven parcels.

            Franksim Properties (61B) granted for two parcels.

            G. & G. Steinberg (61A) granted for one parcel.

            J. & G. Mazzotta (61A) granted for one parcel.

2.   The Board signed the following notices of action on FY2008 applications for

      classification under M.G.L.  Chapter 61A or 61B:

            Massapoag Sportsmen’s Club (61B)

            Sharon Fish and Game Club, Inc. (61B)

            Franksim Properties (61B)

            G. & G. Steinberg (61A)

            J. & G. Mazzotta (61A)

3.   The Board granted an abatement of a Farm Excise Plate.

4.   The Board reviewed and then approved as amended a letter to the Selectmen

      urging them to consider issuing quarterly tax bills and a cost/benefit analysis

      of quarterly tax bills.

5.   The Board took the following actions on FY2007 applications for exemption for the

      owners of the following parcels:
